Assistant Manager
The Assistant Managers in the center are responsible for a number of different areas of the business including food & beverage, maintenance & repair, member support, marketing, retail operations and shift leading. They will manage and coordinate people and resources using the Parmasters systems as well as encourage and monitors constant improvement to those systems.

- Demonstrates the ability to think outside the box - Responsible, ethical and flexible - Focused on long-term solutions and sustainability - Amazing communicator - Manages multiple projects efficiently - Uses technology optimally - Promotes enthusiasm and leads by example
Required Abilities:
- Computer literate and completely comfortable using MS Office applications - Willing to learn and constantly take on new challenges
